We always guarantee delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products.

Once the order has been verified, it is processed within 1-5 business days and shipped to the delivery address.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • Normally: 7-14 days (depending on product demand).

  • During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) or due to logistical issues, shipping may take 3 to 4 weeks.

If your order is lost or unsent beyond these timelines, you may request a refund.

All our shipments are insured and include a tracking number for easy order tracking.

Important Notes:

  • If the customer provides an incorrect address and does not notify us immediately after ordering (before shipment processing), the package may not be deliverable. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and reshipping will be at the customer's expense.

  • If the courier cannot reach the customer at delivery, a notification will be left. If the package is not collected within 15 days, it will be returned, and no refund will be processed.

  • Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed, as shipments are handled by third-party carriers. Olivia & Felix Jewels is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or relocation.

  • Logistical delays, customs clearance, or other external factors may impact delivery times.

  • Olivia & Felix Jewels is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. The buyer assumes all such costs, and refunds will not be issued for these charges.

Returns & Refunds:

  • All returns are at the customer's expense (we cover the cost of sending the product back to you).

  • By purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms. Refunds will not be processed if the conditions are not met.
