Olivia & Felix Jewels Return Policy

We hope you love your new Olivia & Felix Jewels! However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase or simply changed your mind, we’re more than happy to offer an exchange or refund.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@oliviafelixjewels.com, including your order number and the reason for the return. You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. After this period, we are unable to accept the return.

Please note:

  • Returns must be shipped to our overseas fulfillment center. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent to local facilities or domestic sorting centers.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is approved, our customer service team will provide detailed return instructions. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Items not meeting these conditions may be refused.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized products

  • Items purchased through third-party retailers

  • Incorrectly ordered items

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

What if the item is damaged or incorrect?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@oliviafelixjewels.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photo or video of the item (if applicable)

  • Full shipping address

  • Phone number

In some cases, we may request a video or image as proof before issuing a replacement or refund.

How long does the return process take?

Returns are processed within 14 business days of receiving the item. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed. For non-defective items, refunds exclude shipping and handling fees.

Olivia & Felix Jewels Guarantee

We offer a warranty on all jewelry for damage related to material or craftsmanship. This does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, improper storage, or modifications made post-purchase. To make a warranty claim, please contact us.

Changing or Canceling an Order

You may cancel or change your order within 30 minutes of placing it by emailing us at info@oliviafelixjewels.com with your order number. After that, all orders are final.

Approved cancellations are subject to a 2% processing fee.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Please contact your card provider if your refund hasn’t appeared after that time.
